One of our users is getting access denied when he stays logged in to the filevista site for long. He said he was prompted to login twice when his sessions expired but second time he entered his info, it gave him access denied. I checked the users table in Access mdb and the user is not locked out. So why could this be happening?

What exact message does the user get after entering his info? If it says the account is locked out, I recommend you to unlock the user from FileVista administration page by opening the user properties dialog.
