Required Ports?

I'm trying to access a client that is using your FileVista software, however I keep getting an error about XML data when trying to download a file. However, this works through our proxy server which indicates to me that I may need to open up a port on our firewall. What ports are required for communication?

Hi Tom,

it is a usual web-application and everything runs on port 80 (except when you changed it on your webserver to something else or when you're using https/ssl to secure the connection then it would be port 443 if you didn't choose otherwise).

I'd think there's another problem with your installation. Can you provide any more details about the error? Did you try bypassing the proxy somehow to see if it works okay then?
