Is it possible to manage the permission in folder level

We were planning to have a file server with restricted access to certain users.  We have decided to user File Vista.  In the File Vista, is it possible to manage the permission in each folder level only to a specific group of users.

Yes, you can set separate permissions in subfolder level. By default, all subfolders inherit the permissions of the parent root folder. However, you can override the permissions for each subfolder.
