Hi, my company has just purchased a 15-user licence. We already have the trial version installed and just wanted to add in the key. In the email the licence string seems to be on 2 lines. I have tried both lines separately and both lines together -in the "as is" form on 2 lines and also joined together as one big string. But every time I try a dialogue box pops up saying "This license key is not valid!".
Can you advise how to go about adding the key properly? Do I need to re-install the program -which will be a bit of a ball-ache to be honest. Would rather use the install we have currently given we have some users and root folders already set up.
Cheers for you help.

license should be in only ONE line, I am suggesting that You copy it first on the "notepad" and than it should look like example below:
note, this is not real license number, but one which looks like the orginal one:
43jdj39ud93eue32rh2938hr9832hre9823hr9823hr8392hr923r=
and remember to click "save" when You paste this license number on the FileVista.
Hope this was what You where looking for...

No, sorry. I have tried this and it still says the key is invalid.
I will try reinstalling FileVista from the version linked within the email, and get back to you if still unnsuccessful.

I have reinstalled the product using the link to the trial version in the email. And I have tried entering the key into the licence box and clicking 'save'. But it still says the key is invalid.
Any help would be appreciated.

Well, thanks for the swift response!!
Don't worry I figured it out and thought I had better post the error here so others can see what happened.
The reason the licence wasn't working was because the licence sent to us as part of the automated email was in fact wrong. I went online and checked the "My Account" area for the licence and they were indeed different. So I applied the online key and it worked.
You may want to check the system that automates this email because something is like that shouldn't really happen.
Cheers.
