FileVista user permissions: cut/copy/paste

Despite permissions settings to the contrary, users cannot cut/copy/paste.  These commands are greyed out where available.  These functions worked previously, as recently as about a week ago.  Haven't changed any settings to my knowledge.  Please help.

Note that user and group permissions may be combined and deny always take precedence.
Please check if a group membership causes the denied permission.
