Stop Deletion of Root Folder (not subfolders or files)

We have root folders assigned to users from a database list. However, we have noticed that when we assign full privaleges to a users directory, selecting the delete cross on the toolbar deletes the root folder completley - yikes!

On the demo version, the delete icon from the toolbar is not displayed (good) and individual folders or files (not the root) have to be right clicked to be deleted. How has this been achieved. We had a user who accidently clicked the delete red X in the toolbar and wiped her entire root.

Sorry but our product never had "delete" icon in the toolbar and it's not possible to delete root folders anyway.
Did you buy the source code license and modified the code?
