Reset admin password

Hi!

It's possible reset admin password?
In my company works more than Administrator and I think that someone have been change admin password and I don't know now what it's the password. It's is possible recovery or change?

Every time I login FileVista with admin user answer Username or password not valid, but with a normal user works fine.

but I continue with one problem, when I try to unblock admin user FileVista answer me "Administrator can not be updated!"

My version is 3.6

After accessing the administration page with another admin account as described in the other topic, change the password of the locked admin account. There is no error message regarding updating the Administrator. Are you sure it's not  "Administrator can not be deleted!"? If you want to delete an admin account first edit Administrators group and remove the user from the list.

I send you a mail with image attached. I want to unblock and change the password of "admin" user, but the message is "Administrator can not be updated!"

I am getting the same problem.  Is there a solution?

Please first edit Administrators group and remove the admin account in question from the group as I told above.
This will make that admin account a normal user so that you can update the account properties like changing the password.
You can later make that account an admin again by adding him to Administrators group.
