when i try to upload a file (local in my LAN), i become 100% cpu load (tasks: inetinfo 40% and dllhost.exe 60%) and the transfer is at ~60kB/s, on LAN!!!
anybody an idea?

WebExplorer Free is designed to be a generic file manager thus its requirements are kept at minimum. Unlike other WebExplorer products, WebExplorer Free's upload is done by 100% scripting (which is slow and inefficient) so that it works on any IIS web server.
I will vastly improve upload (with some dependency) for the upcoming version though.
