Fix 2 for FileVista v4.1

We recently received reports about a strange problem (non-functional add button in the upload dialog) which occured only in IE7 (not occurs in other browsers). We have fixed this issue.

Please download the fixed DLL and replace the old one with it:
Fix 2 for FileVista v4.1

The fix is included in the v4.1 download packages as of writing this message. Users who will download the product after today, do not need to apply the fix.

I installed new dll included in this fix, but now i get a new error.
I can't acces in window system preferences, I have this error:

Errore server nell'applicazione '/FileVista'.

Dettagli: Per abilitare la visualizzazione dei dettagli di questo messaggio di errore specifico sul server remoto, creare un tag <customErrors> in un file di configurazione "web.config" memorizzato nella directory radice dell'applicazione Web corrente. L'attributo "mode" del tag <customErrors> deve essere impostato su "Off"........
