Fix 3 for FileVista v4.1

We recently received reports about some problems occured on Mac based browsers. We have fixed these issues:

- Fixed flash upload error (#2038) which especially occured on Mac Firefox and Mac Safari.
- Fixed right-click (context menu) problems occured on Mac Firefox.
- Fixed loading problem (blank page) which sometimes occured on Mac Safari and Chrome.

Please download the fixed files and replace the old ones with them:
Fix 3 for FileVista v4.1

This fix is included in the v4.1 download packages as of writing this message. Users who will download the product after today, do not need to apply the fix.
