I have my install of FileVista to allow for the viewing of double-clicked files but have noticed that this doesn't generate a download event in the logs (like it would if you selected the file and clicked on the download button). Is there a way that this can be set so that anytime a user opens a document (either via the download button or by double-clicking) an event is logged?

Do you still experience this problem? It's strange because whether you double-click on the file or click on the download button, the same download event should be logged.
