Fix 4 for FileUltimate v2.1

We have fixed these issues:

- Fixed the below error which occured for zip files larger than 4GB during "Add to Zip" and "Download as Zip" actions:

    Compressed or Uncompressed size, or offset exceeds the maximum value.
    Consider setting the UseZip64WhenSaving property on the ZipFile instance

- Fixed the below error which was constantly being recorded to the Windows Event Log when used with IE and SSL. The error was not preventing any functionality and was just causing unnecessary reports.

    Event code: 3005
    Event message: An unhandled exception has occurred.
    .
    .
    .
    Exception information:
            Exception type: HttpException
            Exception message: A potentially dangerous Request.Path value was detected from the client (:).
         at System.Web.HttpRequest.ValidateInputIfRequiredByConfig()
         at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously)
