We use FileUltimate to give our users access to personal and shared folders within our network through our intranet. This is accomplished by giving users access to a Microsoft Active Directory DFS folder through FileUltimate.
Now we have a problem with one of the subfolders that are shared using DFS. The subfolder does not appear at all when listing all folders using FileUltimate.
At first we thought that this might be caused by permissions, but that’s not the case. If we map the specific subfolder directly it works fine. So the problem only occurs when we try to map the folder above and FileUltimate tries to list it as a subfolder.
There is no error-message at all, it simply just does not list it/show it.
How can we troubleshoot this problem? What can cause FileUltimate to not list a subfolder if it isn’t permissions that is the problem?

You may try to set ShowHiddenFilesAndFolders and ShowSystemFilesAndFolders properties to true. Other than that the problem may be the permissions of the parent folder, ie. NTFS permission of Traversing folders may not be not allowed.
