Add new file type

We use version 4.0. We want to add an icon for a new file type (one that is not amongst the extensions available in the fileicons folder). Once we copy the corresponding .png icon into the fileicons folder, what do we need to do for FileVista to start using it with this type of files?

FileVista should detect the new icon automatically, you would just need to force restart by touching web.config file.
