Error durring install on 2008 R2 IIS 7.5

While installing on a fresh Server 2008 R2 / IIS 7.5, I get:

Could not open key: Software\Microsoft\ASP.NET\4.0.30319.0.

I am installing as administrator.

Sadly, I had this working last week, but wiped the server to start fresh...

You need to install .NET Framework 4.0 full version (not client profile).
