Permissions on sub-folders

Hello,

I'm in the process of testing file vista for production use and I am having some issues with permissions. I have folder 1 and folder 2, and user A and user B; when I assign permissions for folder 1, I uncheck inherit from root and add user A as the only person that can do anything with folder 1. However, I noticed that user b is still able to access that folder 1 as well when its not assigned permissions.

Please advise...

FYI, with v5.0 we redesigned the permission system so it will work similarly to Windows permissions.
