Capturing events with either Javascript or server side

I am hoping there is a built in way to capture events such as:
Folder Opened
File Downloaded
File Deleted
File Uploaded
Directory Created
etc...

I just got tasked with creating a detailed logging system that records all activities from all users.
This is for FileUltimate by the way...the most current version.
