Showing initial folder and allowing user to browse one level up?

Hi,

I wonder if following is possible, currently control works fine for:
FileVistaControl.RootFolders(0).Path = "c:\RootFolder\SomeUserSubFolder" for initial view;
it's fine, but control doesn't allow to go one level up 
but we'd rather allow this user to be able to go one level up if he needs  to.
