Error 105 (Provider v .. 4.3.0.27): Can not read header of: Event Error 250 (Provider v.4.3.0.27): Can not create row: Table 'Event', rowid = 2298

It seems somehow your VistaDB database file is corrupted, you can send me your vdb4 file and I can repair it.
Also the update wizard (update.aspx) has the ability to repair the database so you can try to update to v5.0.
