Tried your demo (http://www.gleamtech.com/demos/fileultimate/example1.aspx) from Opera 12.
Two issues.
1) Upload file dialog has a Save button. Not intuitive, as I am uploading, not downloading.
2) Unable to upload any file that has the readonly attribute:
"This file is set to readonly. Try again with a different filename."
Please advise. Would like to purchase your product but need to resolve these issues first.

This is strange because there should be no "Save" button on the upload dialog. Note that browsers show their own dialog when you are prompted to choose a file. If you test with other browsers, you will see that each one shows a different one after you click "Add" button on FileUltimate's upload dialog.
However what you see is a "Save Dialog" and not a "Open Dialog"
The readonly file error is also related to this fact.
I have tested with Opera 10 and couldn't see this issue. Maybe there is an incompatibility with Opera 12 but it is unlikely.
Another possible cause may be an add-on.

Looks like it was something in my Opera installation.
Both issues went away.
I had to do a completely clean install to get the issue to go away. Now I'm using Opera 12.11 61-bit and the file open dialog works correctly.

Oops, I meant 64 bit!
