RestrictedFileTypes instead of AllowedFileTypes? (ie. all files but executables)

I want to allow all file types except executables.  I know about the AllowedFileTypes property.  Is there a way to do the opposite (ie RestrictedFileTypes)?

There will be DeniedFileTypes property in the next version.
