Moving FileVista to a New Server

I am currently moving FileVista from an old Windows 2003 server to a 2008 server. Not sure what version I am using...how do I find that out?
I have moved the web site directory to the new server and I have moved the SQL database and log file to the new server as well and have modified the SQL path in App_Data\FileVista.config. The problem I am having is the database data is coming up in the wrong fields. The "Path" column contains the folder name and the "Folder Name" column contains the path. The "Date Modified" column contains the RootFolderID column info. This is the same for the Users folder as well.
Any suggestions?

Thanks
Rob

When I modify the filevista.config file to connect to the database on the original 2003 server I get the same results. The data is showing up in the wrong fields.
