Upgrading from 4.5 to 5.3

I needed more licenses for my 4.5 version of FileVista. The only option was to pay the upgrade price which I did. But they key doesn't seem to work in my version. So I tried to download the installer package and upgrade. It was a disaster.

So I need either:

1. A license key that will work in my version
or
2. Upgrade instructions

Sorry for the inconvenience. When updating an existing installation you can not use the installer currently.
