Files not shown in folder

hello together,

this is my scenario: I have one root folder which contains another folder which is also a root folder for another group.
in the first root folder the first group has all rights. the second root folder the second group is limited just to have uploads rights and list folders and files.

we have one user who is member and group manager of both groups. when a file is uploaded he can see it in the second root folder but he can not see it in the first one.

Before upgrading to version 6 this works that the groupmanager was able to see the files in both "rootfolders-views". 

Where is my mistake or what do I wrong?

My Mistake, I had a wrong folder path for the second root folder. Problemis solved.
