Problem on installation

Our website is hosted in an IIS server. I put the Folder "wexserver" in the root directory under our website and talked to the server adminstrator to change the folder permissons as described in the  "readme.txt" file (I have no access to the server).  Then I tested, it did not work. The register window comes up and I put username (admin) and password (tester) in there, it give me a message the page can not be displayed. 

I want know what I did wrong. Our website is www.techworks.info

Firstly thanks for your purchase.
I have just tried to log into your installation of WebExplorer Server and I got the following error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005' 

<Microsoft><ODBC Microsoft Access Driver> Operation must use an updateable query.

To get rid of this error, tell your server administrator to do the following:
1) Give the user IUSR_MACHINENAME, read/write NTFS permission on the database folder (/wexserver/db).
2) Be sure that the the database file (wexserver.mdb) isn't marked as read-only.
