Problem with IIs (I suppose...)

Dear Mr.Cem,
First of all congratulations for the product, that I found extremely powerful. I have tried it on my notebook (xpPro) and it works perfectly; I have tried on my server (Win2000server) and it still works but I can't let it run on my Desktop Pc (also XpPro). I have tried many times, checking all the points and doing the operations I did on my notebook, but nothing happens. 
Or better:the default page is loaded, I insert the password and I click Login and Explorer seems to load the next page but, after waiting minutes and minutes, nothing happens. It seems to be waiting for something, but what for??? Is it IIs'fault??? 
I hope you can help me.

Hi Renzo,
This is not IIS's fault, it's actually a very common problem caused by Norton Antivirus's script blocking feature. You can get more information and learn how to stop it from here.
