I've some clients are using Internet Explorer in a MAC complaining that they are unable to view all the toolbar icons as well as unable to download the files. Can anyone tell me if this is so and how to fix it?

Hi Andrew,
Incompatibility with MAC Internet Explorer is a known issue.
I recommend you to upgrade to the latest version (I've sent it via email) first.
Which toolbar icons are not visible? If they still experience download problem (with double-click) with the latest version, they can use "Save As" right-click menu option from now on.
I don't have a MAC so I don't have the ability to duplicate the errors.
