upload and limitations: please explain me!

Hi,
I don't know anything about asp programming, so I'm going to tell you my question:
with wexfree I can't upload files larger than 50mb.
I don't know if it is a limitation of the free version or if it is a limit of the server that hosts my site.
another thing:
is difficult to try to use some other upload components? I'm not able to program in asp, but I saw a plugin directory with a general plugin file. Can I take another third-party software and rename it with the same name of the plugin file?:-)))))
I'm not sure you have understood.........
thanks in advance.

There is no specific file size limit for uploading but available memory of the server would limit performance.
Using a 3rd party component should give better results but currently I don't provide plugins other than the generic one with WebExplorer Free.
Actually, I designed the plugin interface so that you can write your own wrapper for your favorite component easily.
