Is there any way to prevent hidden files or folders from being seen in WebExplorer. I have hidden folders that I don't want users to see, is it possible to keep them hidden?

This feature is already available, note the old date of the original post. In config.asp find the constant showHiddenItems and set it to false if you don't want to show hidden items.
