Can You Up-load .pdf Files

Is there a way to up-load .pdf files and have them be viewable through the editor windows... 

Yes you can upload files of any type. The editor can't be used for editing .pdf files but if your browser has Adobe acrobat reader plugin then you can click on the filename to open and edit the document within the current browser window.
