Upload Problems with IIS5

Hi!
I have problems with uploading files in response an incomplete popup message:

"is uploaded
B ( bytes) written
Content type: "

But I can Create, Deleate, Rename and Edit both of file and folder.

I sure I set windows folder  with IUSR_<Servername> = write and IIS security = write too.

Take a look at my post about upload and download problems with IIS 6.0. 

With Windows 2000 server and Windows XP Pro (IIS 5.0) the Metabase.xml do not exist, exist alone metabase.bin.  
What I must make?

What size would you recommend the MaxClientRequestBuffer reg value be set at?

I would recommend 2Mb (2097152).
