HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too many users are

Put software on my XP pro machine's web server.  Other webpages work fine ... but I get this when trying to pull up Webexplorer default.asp:  
HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too many users are connected
Internet Information Services

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem on my Windows XP PC..... Still haven't got it working on Windows 2000 though... any way the only way i found to get round it is to stop the service and start it again, so goto Start > Run and type CMD and enter the following:

To Stop:
%windir%\system32\iisreset.exe /stop

To Start:
%windir%\system32\iisreset.exe /start
