MOVE a file from folder1 to folder2?

Is it possible?  I'd like to have the ability to move a file from one of the folders to another, but I don't see a button to do it.  The only way to do it now is to download the file from folder1, upload it to folder2, then delete it from folder1.  Is there an easier way?
