Error opening folder !

I am getting this following error when i am viewing the site from another machine other than the hosted machine. I have changed the const to Const wexRoot = "\\196.15.32.100\firasat" and this machine is using the operating system DATAPOINT6.4.3 which supports http upload and viewing. Every thing is working fine on the hosted machine but when i try to view it from another machine i am getting this following error

I changed the authentication to basic and the WebExplorer Lite is working fine. I want to change the authentication to NTLM but i am unable to pass on the authentication to the mapped drive. I am trying to Enable Pass-through-authentication using IIS 5. But unable to make it.
