Wish List: Sub administrators root folder rights

Wish 1:
I remember WEBEX allowing sub administrators the ability to control root\home folders for groups, basically allowing for provisioning and better access control. Filevista allows the abilly to for a sub admin to create users for an already establish root folder however does not allow sub root creation and further access controls. Forsee anything like this in the future?

Wish 2:
Reports generation - Who has logged in in X number of days? Who is at X% of quota usage? Etc.
