We have a number of users who cannot upload files, due to the Windows FileOpen dialogue box not appearing when selected 'Add' from the Upload Files dialogue box. As I understand the opertion of FileVista this is when the Flash based interface calls the Windows interface.
The problem only occurs for some users, and occurs in both FireFox and IE. The users have rebooted their PCs, and the version of Flash is up to date.
Any idea hwo to resolve this problem?

The problem appears to be the latest version of Flash 10.0.12.36. This seems to break the functionality of Upload in both Firefox and IE. I'll open a new thread to this effect.
