can't upload files

We have File Vista at work. There, I am able to upload files via the "add" button. On my laptop at home, the "add" button does nothing. All I get is an "error on page" in the bottom left.

Any ideas on what to check for?

It seems you are still using a version before v3.5.

Wait a minute. I shouldn't have to purchase the software for my laptop at home because I access FileVista via a web link to our corporate server. Others are able to upload from remote locations. Why can't I?

I thought you were responsible for installing FileVista on your corporate server thus I sent you the upgrade information. It seems you are an end-user. This is not about your laptop, the FileVista that is installed on your corporate server should be upgraded to v3.5.

This error happens only if a user tries to upload from a browser with Flash 10 (newly released) installed. If some users can upload, then this means their Flash is version 9 and not updated to 10 yet.
