Why do you need to refresh your RootFolder after moving a subfolder

I have this scenario:

I've loaded 2 RootFilters to the FileUltimate control

When i cut a subFolder from RootFolder B, and paste it under RootFolder A,
then you have to right FootFolder B and choose refresh, so that the folder that you have just cut will dissappear from RootFolder B

Is this normal?

We have improved handling refresh in v3.0 so this shouldn't happen anymore:
FileUltimate 3.0 RC1 is released
