add Function To edite pages

dears 
when we click on T it is open anypage and we view html code now there is alot of free scripts which using online html editor it is something like msword or frontpage . alot wrote in asp other in javascript
how could i add one of them to popup window of edit pages which browse the html code only to be wyswyg
